No more Mr Warne!

1997/98's glossy cover featured a collage of photos, two of which were of Paul Warne who left the club for Wigan Athletic before the league season got under way !

As in the previous year, the programme contained around 36 pages, approximately half of which were adverts at the front and back, although this time the adverts were all in blue. Articles covered all three of the clubs teams, with recent results and tables from the relevant leagues as well as match reports. As well as that also included were results grids and appearance tables, a sports quiz set by local Radio presenter Nick Bowler and information on the opposition of the day, including pen pictures and the clubs history.

At the front of the programme was an editorial that included news and comments on current events at the club.
